Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, but please note that customs and duties fees are the recipient's responsibility. We're unable to provide an exact figure at the moment. For a rough estimate, please  click here 

Who is responsible for paying custom fees for international packages ?

When shipping from the United States, it's important to note that the responsibility for paying custom fees typically rests with the recipient, which means you, the customer. Customs authorities in your country will assess and require payment of these fees upon your package's arrival.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@enrichure.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Prior to shipping, please note that your order will undergo a processing period of 7 business days. This time is dedicated to meticulously preparing and quality-checking your order. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are a growing business with limited personnel available for order fulfillment. 

Following this processing time, your order will then be shipped. For U.S. orders, you can typically expect delivery within 3 to 10 business days. International orders may take up to 14 days for delivery.

We greatly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to grow and maintain our commitment to delivering top-quality products. If you have any questions about your order's status, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number via the email address you have provided. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your order as it makes its way to you.

My order was lost, stolen, or damaged. What should I do?

Shipping carriers provide insurance during transit. In the event of a damaged order, please keep both the damaged packages and their contents. You can initiate a claim with UPS or USPS directly through their respective websites. We are here to assist you with the claims process, but please be aware that once carriers take possession, we are not responsible for any further issues.

Why was my package returned to sender?

Numerous factors can contribute to the return of a package to its sender:

  1. Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made.
  2. The provided address might be incomplete, unverified, or inaccurate.
  3. The address format could be challenging to decipher.
  4. The recipient may have declined the package.

If your package is in the process of being sent back to the sender, kindly reach out to us at info@enrichure.com, and we will gladly assist you.

It's important to note that due to the package's return, additional charges may apply as we will need to reship your package. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

At Enrichure, customer safety is our top priority. We do not accept returns or exchanges to maintain hygiene standards and prevent the resale of used products. All sales are final, ensuring the products you receive are clean, new, and untouched. Please note that orders returned due to undeliverable addresses will incur a redelivery fee and are not eligible for a refund.

Will there be salon sizes for all products?

Yes, eventually, we plan to offer salon sizes for all our best-selling products.

What hair type can use Enrichure?

Enrichure welcomes hair of all lengths, thicknesses, and textures, including coily, curly, wavy, and straight. 

Can your products work on locs or relaxed hair?

Yes, our products can be suitable for use on locs or relaxed hair. Please refer to each product description for specific guidance and recommendations.
